A Sound View

I spend quite a bit of time in my studio. There are no outside windows. The mood lighting creates a nice atmosphere but I do miss the open views of some studios.

Like the one pictured below. Which, by the way, is in someone’s home. Nice project studio. Maybe for Whisperwood Studios “The Windows View” Edition.

A Cottage Studio

I have been talking with my wife about securing a retirement property. An area in the country where we can equip a world class recording studio.

In talking with a realtor, an excellent property is being offered for sale near Lake Arrowhead. This property currently belongs to Mark Mancina. He spared no expense to create a state-of-the-art recording studio on the property.

The asking price is not bad for the property and its location: $15 million US.

Time for me to get into scoring music for films.

A Creative Retreat

Pilchner Schoustal adds another world-class studio to their design experience: the 7,800 square-foot Saint Claire recording studio in Lexington, Kentucky.

Stunning.
