Snowed In

We are still waiting to get our drive cleared. The snow drifts are up several feet around the property. And although my car has all wheel drive, there is no way I can push the snow for the roughly 900 feet it takes to get to the road. I might get a few feet out of the driveway. No further.

We have been locked in for the day. Certainly one of the first snow days in a long, long time. The snow has stopped now and we will start work on clearing the area just around the garage doors. I just hope our snow removal service gets here this evening. I have no other way of getting out.

Unless I wait here until spring.
