Customer Service

Another reason why I love my Tom Anderson guitar. Great customer service direct from the builder himself.

Hi Richard,

Glad your guitar is serving you well! In most cases a good spraying with d oxit d5 will make them good as new. You want to spray right into the space above the solder connections then rotate back and forth 10 or so times.

If that doesn’t do it I’d be happy to send you a new one.

Let me know how it goes.

Tom
