TRX Suspension Training

Personal Trainer: “I have something new for you to try out tonight!”

Me: “Will it hurt?”

Personal Trainer: “You might not be too happy with me tomorrow.”

We did push-ups. Squats. Side planks. And many other exercises with this TRX Suspension System. As I write this post, I am no longer able to use any muscle in my body. Which my personal trainer tells me is a good thing — even if I am not too happy with him right now.
