Compulinx is a 15-year old technology company based out of White Plains, New York. The company provides managed services to small and midsized businesses. And they claim to have achieved over 8,000 engagements as a managed solutions provider.
The company has 3 class A data centres, 4 data centres in total, with a complement of over 300 servers and 60 Terabytes of storage.
Terrence Chalk, 44, is the CEO of Compulinx. He is a member of Westchester County Business Council’s Hall of Fame.
He was arrested, along with his nephew, on charges of stealing the identities of his employees to secure fraudulent loans, lines of credit and credit cards.
He and his nephew submitted over $1 million worth of credit applications using the names and personal information of some of the employees of Compulinx.
If convicted, Terrence Chalk could face up to 165 years in prison and $5.5 million in fines.
