No Google, No iPod

I am always on the lookout for good parenting tips especially when they are found in the likes of business publications like Fortune Magazine.

Steve Ballmer was interviewed by Fortune yesterday and here we find Steve commenting on the important values that he has taught his children:

Fortune: Do you have an iPod?
Ballmer: No, I do not. Nor do my children. My children–in many dimensions they’re as poorly behaved as many other children, but at least on this dimension I’ve got my kids brainwashed: You don’t use Google, and you don’t use an iPod.

No Google? No iPod? Well, at least Ballmer is focused on the things that matter.
