Beach City Studios

Beach City Studios is located in San Clemente, California. The studio opened in April 2003 and it was designed by Chris Pelonis. They offer a 48-channel API Legacy Plus console, a Yamaha DM2000 console, and Pro Tools|HD3. I really like the features of the tracking room.

Love the design. Would like to visit but cannot find a location anywhere on the web? Studio site appears to be down. We are moving our studios to San Clemente soon and would like to find out about using this facility for tracking and recording video shoots. If you can put them in touch with me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Mike.

Marantha!, a Christian music publisher, set up the two-room music production facility at its corporate headquarters in San Clemente.

The address that I have on file is:

    Maranatha Music
    205 Avenida Fabricante
    San Clemente CA 92672

You should be able to call their corporate office and make enquiries about bookings. I suspect that they keep the studio dedicated to their own projects.

Thanks for dropping by the blog.

Hi Richard, apparently Maranatha! sold it to Robbie Robinson last year. It is now called Sounden. I was just over there today, the whole place is just amazing – great Pelonis designs. The live room sounds fantastic. Robbie also installed a new ICON in their 5.1 room. Amazing. Looks like I might be hooking up with them for our next video project. Thanks for helping put me in touch! -Mike
