Back Home

I returned from southern California last week safe and sound. I was pleased to be home. I found the trip quite long and tiring.

I continued to struggle with sleep issues all last week.

Part of the struggle was due to a lengthy period of self-examination. Self-examination that sought to answer questions of character.

There are times in life when it is clear that a change is required. Sometimes the change is planned. Sometimes events force the change.

Events marked by incompetence, betrayal, lack of care and communication and dishonesty are never that difficult to read and understand. Once you get over the shock there is clarity and insight.

If you see those same types of people lacking motivation, being unproductive or even leaving for better opportunities, be assured that poor leadership is to blame.”
