Silicon Valley

The Sofitel San Francisco Bay hotel is located at the former site of Marine World in Redwood Shores. I found some history about Redwood Shores here.

I spent a few hours yesterday afternoon walking around the area.

I walked past the Oracle campus, pictured below. The architecture reminds me of the flowchart symbol used to represent databases. Probably just a coincidence.

I walked through the Electronic Arts campus. They have their own basketball courts. For some odd reason, no football field and no golf course.

A different experience, southern California. The area is quiet and peaceful. So unlike Toronto.
